This is the rear view of my house. It was taken in 2003, right after
closing and shortly before I began seeing a psychiatrist. Actually, it looks a lot better since I had
it painted. It's yellow now, with white trim and a bright green basement. I'll try to find a more recent picture and post
it after I get a little further on with the website.
The guest bathroom was pretty dirty when I first moved in. This is a
picture of it after I started some really serious cleaning. Men will not likely notice, but most women
will be able to tell at a glance that there is actually more cleaning yet to be done. The floor was
particularly dirty, as you can still see. I wonder if I can find that picture of upstairs kitchen. That
one is beautiful.
When I first moved in,
there was a little work to do on the house. I guess you've noticed that. And the upstairs kitchen was no exception. It was
not really ready for cooking, since there was no power to the range, yet. Heck, I can't cook anything but Jello, anyway, so
I guess that has a pretty small impact on me. Of course, the range was in the basement, too, with some washers and
dryers and more ranges. Tidying up became one of my more important projects.
I don't know how to make these pictures so that they can be clicked on to enlarge them. I'm going to do that, though. It's
too difficult to see the true beauty of them when they are this small.
